DIY Faux Stone Porch Skirting & Retaining Wall Project
Whether you are selling your home or just want to improve your curb appeal, DIY projects are a great way to do that. GenStone customers Melinda and Jason had a natural stone porch skirting when they bought their home that they often had to glue pieces to. After five years of gluing their porch skirting, they decided it was time to make a change by installing our Northern Slate Stacked Stone panels for this DIY project.
Melinda and Jason also had a retaining wall that was made out of cinder blocks, so it was an eyesore. They also installed the Northern Slate faux stone over the retaining wall, transforming it into a thing of beauty. Melinda and Jason were impressed by how easy it was to complete this DIY project — they completed the entire project in just one Saturday!
