I read that support was great and was a decision factor as to why I went with Genstone directly. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. The support I received when questioning about broken panels during shipment was excellent. When instructed to send an email with pictures. I heard back in less then an hour from Genstone with replacements being shipped out. So far working with Genstone has been great and reassuring that there are still great companies and support out there.

Great product it was a breeze to install and all it needed was a hand saw and the caulking gun and the supplies provided by Genstone. But I want to compliment the staff at Genstone for their assistance. Bri and Zach were very helpful. They were very quick to fix a problem with my order and I had my new order within 2 days. Easy to install, looks great, changed the entire appearance, definitely would use it again.

I like the easy installation of the Desert Sunrise Panels. The panels are easy to cut. The faux stack rock pattern looks almost real and the panels are of good quality. The shipment was very well packaged and delivered without any damages and every thing I ordered was received. The sales persons and customer service are very nice and very helpful in answering all of my questions about the installation. I certainly recommend ordering from this company. Thanks Gemstone!!!
