The GenStone team is Fantastic & the product is amazing! From my very 1st call to them all the way through returning un-used product & re-imbursement, they were extremely helpful and professional and assisted in getting our project started and completed. We had the basic dimensions and idea of what we wanted for a fireplace/TV wall - ceiling to floor. Jagger assisted us in determining the amount of product we needed and offered great suggestion, tips throughout our project. The videos GenStone has are great and show you the issues that can arise and how to overcome them. The color caulking and paint are terrific - they matched up perfectly and are easy to use and clean-up. The Support folks in shipping/return made every accommodation for us - extremely easy to work with. We are 100% satisfied with every stage of our contact, purchase, shipping/return & assembly.
