Looks great. Very easy to work with. Lots of neighbors asking what it is so they can cover their ugly foundations as well.

We finally got around to installing, and wanted to share these before and after photos of our house. The GenStone pillar wraps make such a beautiful difference, and our front entrance just looks so much more warm and welcoming now! Thank you!!

Built outside bar and the outcome was so good my wife had me do other projects. Very easy to install. Also Sales rep Kevin was very helpful and personable. Too bad I have no more projects. My neighbors are in awe of the realism of the stone.

The product is easy to work with and offer easy install for any DIYer but my concern is the durability. The outer coating could be thicker to prevent damage as it is only dense polyurethane foam product but over the product is good. Price for this kinda of product is a bit on the expensive side as i had a mason offer an estimate on actual faux stone at about 15% more expense for the actual stone veneer.

Genstone was easy peasy. The project coordinator was very helpful. Love it! Needed several more tubes of caulking than what was supplied. Other than that, I would not hesitate to use this product again.

I bought this stone as I did not want to add extra support to do a real stone surround of my Tv and fireplace. I'm so happy I went with this product. My contractor and myself installed it in a few hours. Very lightweight and looks authentic.

The GenStone team is Fantastic & the product is amazing! From my very 1st call to them all the way through returning un-used product & re-imbursement, they were extremely helpful and professional and assisted in getting our project started and completed. We had the basic dimensions and idea of what we wanted for a fireplace/TV wall - ceiling to floor. Jagger assisted us in determining the amount of product we needed and offered great suggestion, tips throughout our project. The videos GenStone has are great and show you the issues that can arise and how to overcome them. The color caulking and paint are terrific - they matched up perfectly and are easy to use and clean-up. The Support folks in shipping/return made every accommodation for us - extremely easy to work with. We are 100% satisfied with every stage of our contact, purchase, shipping/return & assembly. I had a great experience working with the GenStone team. They were quick to respond and made sure all of my questions were addressed. The guidance they provided made the project much easier. It felt like I had support the whole way through.

Zach was great to work with. He took care of ordering additional pieces to finish my project. Parts were processed and shipped quickly.

Spoke with Brian and then sent him a picture with the dimensions of my project. He ran the numbers and let me know exactly what I needed. Brian saved me a little money and should be here soon. If this product works out well, I’ve already told him I’d be calling him back.

Couldn’t be Happier!

Customer service is excellent! Shipping was super fast... our order arrived in less than a week! Product looks great... better than expected! Joshua helped us to match it to the stone we already had on the house just by looking at pictures (see picture). We are super excited to install this! The videos and materials on the website are perfect and my husband will be able to install without a problem! Will post more pictures once installed!

Just wanted to take a minute and describe my experience with Ryan from Customer Service of Genstone. Ryan communicated clearly and provided me with an excellent customer experience. His answers to my questions were thorough and his efforts to secure a product discount was appreciated. We aren't going to do this project at this time due to some challenges we were faced with on our porch, however, if and when I am ready to use Genstone on another project, I will be sure to contact Ryan.

We love the product. Our salesperson Brian was a great help. We feel the price is a little high right now. We will put off our plans and see if the market drops a little. We really want it though.
