I was very pleased with the entire experience, from ordering the material, receiving the shipment, and installing the product. In addition, after seeing my job, one of my neighbors immediately placed an order for his home.

Very helpful with determining what is required. Have not received the order yet and and no information on delivery date.

Brian was a big help. Can’t wait to get my order and see how the install goes. He also told me I could contact him if I had any questions or issues with install which I really appreciate.

I read that support was great and was a decision factor as to why I went with Genstone directly. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. The support I received when questioning about broken panels during shipment was excellent. When instructed to send an email with pictures. I heard back in less then an hour from Genstone with replacements being shipped out. So far working with Genstone has been great and reassuring that there are still great companies and support out there.

Customer service is excellent! Shipping was super fast... our order arrived in less than a week! Product looks great... better than expected! Joshua helped us to match it to the stone we already had on the house just by looking at pictures (see picture). We are super excited to install this! The videos and materials on the website are perfect and my husband will be able to install without a problem! Will post more pictures once installed!

I discovered this product online searching for a solution to my master bath remodeling Project. I needed a panel for my whirlpool bath. GenStone was easy to cut and has a authentic real look of stone that enhances the whirlpool to a luxury spa!. Even offered are stone corner panels to wrap porch columns! My front porch has columns so I’m soon to buying GenStone again!

"When we built our house in 2012 we wanted a stone fireplace but could not afford one at the time. I had gave up on the project but my wife was going to find a way. One night she ran across your product on the internet. I am not a carpenter but installed the whole thing using a hand saw and a cordless drill. We couldn't be happier with the result.
