"When we built our house in 2012 we wanted a stone fireplace but could not afford one at the time. I had gave up on the project but my wife was going to find a way. One night she ran across your product on the internet. I am not a carpenter but installed the whole thing using a hand saw and a cordless drill. We couldn't be happier with the result. We used four Kenai stacked Stone pillars for our new covered deck this summer. They were super easy to install, and look like a million bucks. Everyone that sees them thinks it's real stone, and we get a lot of compliments! The customer service was also 5 stars from GenStone. Would highly recommend to anyone!

I purchased this product a week ago. The sales staff at GenStone went about and beyond. Once I received the product it was so easy to install. I am a novice and installed it with ease in a half day. I had 3 people stop to inquire about the product while I was installing it! I would highly recommend GenStone to anyone looking to improve their home!

I wish I could do a video as we were very very pleased with the outcome of our GenStone project!!! It was so easy to work with! Unfortunately, however, we sold our house in June and moved to St. Louis MO. The fireplace was a huge selling point to the new owners!Never know, we may have a need for GenStone with our new house!

Just wanted to take a minute and describe my experience with Ryan from Customer Service of Genstone. Ryan communicated clearly and provided me with an excellent customer experience. His answers to my questions were thorough and his efforts to secure a product discount was appreciated. We aren't going to do this project at this time due to some challenges we were faced with on our porch, however, if and when I am ready to use Genstone on another project, I will be sure to contact Ryan.

Just finishing up today - but were pleased with the install process and it looks great. Some concerns with the dust generated by the sawing process - will add photo later

Received this product last year before winter had a roofer install on my chimney came out really good now I’ve just started installation on the house myself and seems to be going very smoothly looks fantastic

The paint covered great and It looks so natural.
