Really liked the product and it installed very nice and quite quickly

Just wanted to send in a pic of finished patio bar/fridge/trash can me and my pops did. Great product, easy to customize and use. Would definitely use in the future.

Great very quick response

Support group got right back to me on my delivery order. Support group was excellent. Delivery group has been slow to deliver. Bought product over two weeks ago and never heard from the delivery company.

I worked with Ellie to get our supplies ordered and she was a gem to work with! Very helpful, informative and kind. She quoted me 2 weeks to get our supplies and they were here in 4 days! So incredibly fast. We can't wait to finish our project.

Turned out beautifully. Product is easy to work with after a slight learning curve as the walls on our 1942 home are definitely not flat nor square. We get tons of compliments. The photo with the red brick is the “before”. Customer support was very helpful.

I worked with Amanda when giving my order for GenStone. She was very professional and knowledgeable and walk me through any problems that I had. Gemstone product was easy to install on my exterior around my foyer in the front and my patio door in their back. The finished job looks super, and I got a lot of compliments from friends and family.

Spoke with Brian and then sent him a picture with the dimensions of my project. He ran the numbers and let me know exactly what I needed. Brian saved me a little money and should be here soon. If this product works out well, I’ve already told him I’d be calling him back.

I THINK THERE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COMMUNICATION REGARDING DELIVERY. i get a lot of spam.email and text messages. There was no way to know who the shipper was because I had 4 texts stating my packages were out for delivery. No idea I would walk to the door and they were putting the delivery behind a vehicle. They would not take instructions to deliver on the concrete insead buried themselves in the gravel. BUT my sales associate Katelyn is TOP NOTCH.

Katelyn was very helpful, knowledgeable, and bubbly! Offered suggestions on color complete with sending pictures while we were on the phone together. She was a joy to work with!
