GenStone is beautiful. I ordered it unsure. Well, now I've ordered more. It's exactly what I wanted! Its light, very easy to install and beautiful. Customer service at Genstone is a big plus. Very easy to work with and very quick to respond with questions etc. Thank you Travis, now I will have to find more projects to use this on!

The customer service agent referred me to my project manager. The agent kept in touch with me to ensure the project manager had connected with me.

Katelyn was very helpful in placing and expediting my order. It was processed and shipped ahead of schedule and enabled me to complete my family’s front porch pillars while I was in state. The pillar installation from bare 4x4 to completed stone pillar was dramatic and completed within a day (except for caulking and color matching). The only critique I would have is for the company to review its examples of building out a basic post (4x4 or 6x6) into a ready to cover 8x8 pillar. The shims they mention to be added to the basic post do not add up to the correct finished dimensions.

The kitchen came out great with very little waste. This is my go-to method for the future.

We used GenStone around our new front door. It worked wonderfully and matched up well with our original siding. Our associate was polite and helpful. He wasn’t pushy or mean. Recommend the company and the products.

We found the online information and photos excellent. At first we ordered samples, but decided to get 2 different color full panels to make our final choice. We worked with Kevin and sent measurements and photos. He made an excellent suggestion regarding the inside corners which we are glad we ordered. The materials came quickly and Kevin followed up on a missing box that arrived 3 days after first. He communicated through whole process which was great. The material went up fast and the change was dramatic. We are so happy with our front door/garage transformation with the Stratford stone panels!

The project coordinator Brian was extremely a helpful, knowledgeable, and a true, person to person skills. I sent him my measurements of my fireplace project and he figured out exactly what I needed and unused panels can be shipped back without charge.

I worked with Amanda when giving my order for GenStone. She was very professional and knowledgeable and walk me through any problems that I had. Gemstone product was easy to install on my exterior around my foyer in the front and my patio door in their back. The finished job looks super, and I got a lot of compliments from friends and family.

I recently renovated my screened-in porch and wanted to add something extra to make it stand out. A few searches later, I found GenStone's stacked stone panels, and was sold! It was incredibly easy to install and I couldn't be happier with the result. Definitely will be using for future projects!

"We covered the concrete block foundation on the front wall of our house and the transformation is absolutely wonderful. Drilling into the concrete was challenging but the GenStone was otherwise not difficult to install and we were able to complete the project in one day.
