I was tired of the repeated maintenance cost and labour every three years.I considered using Genstone but the cost was prohibitive.However, after several negotiations, I was able to do a budget plan.Received my product expeditiously.

We began the process by ordering a full panel to get all the colors variations. We worked with one person at Genstone to help design our project, thanks Ryan. It was easy to install after watching the videos. Easy to cut using a jigsaw. Ryan figured out how much product we needed and he was spot on. We almost didn't finish in time as the neighbors kept stopping to ask us what the product was. We even gave away one of our throw-away pieces and wrote the product contact info on the back so they could reach out to Genstone. Highly recommend. Thanks, Genstone for giving us a beautiful focal pieces to the front of the house (and a new coat of paint didn't hurt either).

Carrier only delivered 1 of 2 pallets... Sarah took care of the problem almost immediately and the 2nd pallets was delivered the next business day.

Great product, was delivered very quickly, looks like real stone when installed, east material to work with and install, nothing else really needed other than a box of screws. Did a entire fireplace wall in one day

Built outside bar and the outcome was so good my wife had me do other projects. Very easy to install. Also Sales rep Kevin was very helpful and personable. Too bad I have no more projects. My neighbors are in awe of the realism of the stone.
