We used the Coffee Stacked Stone to cover the old ugly concrete foundation around our house and we couldn't be happier! It was easy to install and super easy to handle… I highly recommend this product and this company - everything was first-rate and top quality.

One night she ran across your product on the internet. I am not a carpenter but installed the whole thing using a hand saw and a cordless drill. We couldn't be happier with the result. Had the right amount of panels, corners and ledgers, actually had a box of ledgers and returns unopened. Transformed our 63-year-old home nicely!

Website is easy to use to search products as well as pre-design and estimate cost. The overall package when priced with the sales rep was better than expected. My sales rep, Brian, was exceptional. Not only did he offer better pricing but he offered his availability at anytime during my project. I cant wait to start.

GenStone is SOOOO cool! I'm not sure why I waited so long to buy it. So easy to install and the finished product is -- WOW. I wanted to add some pizazz to my basement bar and went with the exposed brick look (Chicago). I had the boxes sitting in my basement for a month or so. When COVID hit I figured it was the perfect time to knock out some home projects. The outcome blew my mind. Here are the project pics below. Highly recommended. This stuff is worth its wait in gold.

I THINK THERE COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER COMMUNICATION REGARDING DELIVERY. i get a lot of spam.email and text messages. There was no way to know who the shipper was because I had 4 texts stating my packages were out for delivery. No idea I would walk to the door and they were putting the delivery behind a vehicle. They would not take instructions to deliver on the concrete insead buried themselves in the gravel. BUT my sales associate Katelyn is TOP NOTCH.

Genstone has been fantastic. Their website was very easy to navigate and their suggestions were extremely helpful. I ordered 3 example panels (full size) to examine the colors and early the next day received emails indicating the panels had ship - fantastic! I also called and talked to one of their reps who answered all of my questions.

Ellie is the best person I've talked with as a representative from a company in years. She was informative and knew what she was talking about. She answered my questions accurately and politely. She kept in touch until I got the product samples I had ordered. She did not high pressure me to buy something. She estimated the amount of stone panels I would need and gave me a good total cost. When I called back to place my order, I asked to speak with her again. I actually got her.
