From the ordering perspective and speaking with the representative, was great. Very helpful. I believe he assisted me with getting a very good product for my finishing work. I called Genstone and they were very helpful in finding a dealer where I could see samples of the panels. This product was by far the best option for our project. I love my new fireplace

Ordering was simple, I just measured the space and described what we wanted to do, the product arrived quickly, everything we needed was included, we downloaded the instructions off the website, it was easy to install and it looks great! I am probably going to use this product at least twice more in my home and have been recommending it to everyone I know.

Gem stone products exceeded our expectations. I am retired, 70 years old and complete this project by myself… The products give a realistic appearance of real stone work. easy to install, recommend you lay out you project before you start for best results. I am planning additional projects with this product.

Genstone is a high quality product, very realistic look. I had ordered a similar product and returned it as the quality was horrible plastic looking, and thick panels. Installation of the Genstone was easy to install. I was happily surprised when I placed my order it was less then the plastic stuff I had returned to the blue big box store. The results look incredible.
