Kaitlyn and Amanda were very helpful. I think that after feeling the product in my hands I may have chosen to go with a more realistic product. I believe the product is way overpriced and does not look or feel a real as the photos indicate. I tried to price out same stone for the chimney chase which have made thing look tied together but there was several corners involved in a 10’ tall stack that made the cost way too high. If the price were cut in half I still may consider another product.

We're really happy with how it turned out. I used a drywall saw and a razor blade to carve out the stone details on the end cuts around the fireplace itself, then painted them. Thanks again for all your help and support.

I was tired of the repeated maintenance cost and labour every three years.I considered using Genstone but the cost was prohibitive.However, after several negotiations, I was able to do a budget plan.Received my product expeditiously.

Selecting GenStone for my project was easy. I like the look and replacing a current stone wall facia with faux stone panels is a definite improvement. The website is easy to use with plenty of Guides to follow. I had some questions regarding the material, installation process and sizing. Luke (GenStone Construction Adviser) was extremely helpful and thorough in his product knowledge and understood my requirements. The ordering process was simple, directly speaking with Luke. He provided sound details on my order and being able to track it. Overall, a very positive experience with GenStone.
