Absolutely great service, great product

I recently renovated my screened-in porch and wanted to add something extra to make it stand out. A few searches later, I found GenStone's stacked stone panels, and was sold! It was incredibly easy to install and I couldn't be happier with the result. Definitely will be using for future projects!

The Project Coordinator Tyler, was excellent!! He provided expert advice and always listen to my plans to ensure he provided all the materials I needed for my project. His professionalism and cordial attitude made the process easy and enjoyable.

The GenStone team is Fantastic & the product is amazing! From my very 1st call to them all the way through returning un-used product & re-imbursement, they were extremely helpful and professional and assisted in getting our project started and completed. We had the basic dimensions and idea of what we wanted for a fireplace/TV wall - ceiling to floor. Jagger assisted us in determining the amount of product we needed and offered great suggestion, tips throughout our project. The videos GenStone has are great and show you the issues that can arise and how to overcome them. The color caulking and paint are terrific - they matched up perfectly and are easy to use and clean-up. The Support folks in shipping/return made every accommodation for us - extremely easy to work with. We are 100% satisfied with every stage of our contact, purchase, shipping/return & assembly. As always, great support and consideration for my project. From start to finish the Gen team has been there when I needed them. And they were always checking to make sure everything was going as planned. GenStone is a remarkable product for the DYIer. Easy to work with, unlike stone. Very forgiving with the use of hand tools. I preferred using the Japanese hand pull saws. I’ve used them on many projects, but they worked extremely well with GenStone. Made it thru the winter with no adverse effects. Looks good as the day I put it on. Love it. Curb appeal greatly increased.
