Robert, I looked into your interaction with our support team and it appears we have not received a picture of the broken panel as requested. Unfortunately we do need a picture before sending you a new piece, but in this case I will instruct our team to send you a replacement today regardless. As this is a public complaint, I'd like to address what has happened so that it does not look like our team is unresponsive to requests such as this. Normally we replace a broken piece the same day we learn of the issue. I see that Bri from our team asked for the picture by email, you said you did not know how to email it from your phone and then Bri asked if you could text the picture to us, at this point we have not received a picture. I'm sorry about the difficulties you've experienced, I hope the replacement piece will turn your experience into a positive one.

I'm disappointed to see that our product didn't meet your expectations. I'm surprised to hear that you found the depth to be unsatisfactory as our molds are made using real brick. The depth should be similar to a tumbled brick install. With that said, we will take your comments and examine the mortar areas to see if there is any way we can improve the panels.
