Selecting GenStone for my project was easy. I like the look and replacing a current stone wall facia with faux stone panels is a definite improvement. The website is easy to use with plenty of Guides to follow. I had some questions regarding the material, installation process and sizing. Luke (GenStone Construction Adviser) was extremely helpful and thorough in his product knowledge and understood my requirements. The ordering process was simple, directly speaking with Luke. He provided sound details on my order and being able to track it. Overall, a very positive experience with GenStone.

Everyone at church is amazed at how beautiful and realistic it looks. We have not heard one negative comment (miracles do happen in church you know) and at least 2 have decided to add it to their own home.

My project was small. Install Genstone behind wood stove at our cabin. started project at 10:30 am done at 1:00 pm. First time I ever used the product and it is very easy to install.

I have no issues with Gen Stone ...the staff are very customer oriented and respond to customer issues immediately ...the product is very realistic looking ...easy to install, and a cost-effective solution to real stone.

I purchased Gen Stone in March 2018. My friends and I stripped the siding off my lakehouse and installed Gen Stone to my house in four days during sub thirty degrees and several inches of snow. I am well pleased at how easy Gen Stone is to install and how great it looks! I highly recommend it.

Support group got right back to me on my delivery order. Support group was excellent. Delivery group has been slow to deliver. Bought product over two weeks ago and never heard from the delivery company.

I only called to find out when I could expect my order. That person found out & let me know quickly. My installer may have spoken to someone although he hasn't started yet

Our house is a work in progress! Little by little we will get it done. We are working with a very tight budget, so everything we do and buy has to be thoughtfully planned. We are pleased with the way it turn out. Our friends and our neighbors, they won't stop looking!, love it!

Love, love, love! Our contractor was hesitant at first, but after seeing how quickly they were installed and the quality of the product, he said he’d use it again!!
