My wife and I installed a new fireplace and used Genstone for the surround, and it came out great. Genstone was so easy to work with and so easy to install.

Your website was well constructed and help us decide to use your product. Luke was very helpful in many areas...from helping us know how much product to buy to tips on installation. We were surprised to see our order is out for delivery only 2 days after placing the order. To this point, totally pleased!

Customer service is excellent! Shipping was super fast... our order arrived in less than a week! Product looks great... better than expected! Joshua helped us to match it to the stone we already had on the house just by looking at pictures (see picture). We are super excited to install this! The videos and materials on the website are perfect and my husband will be able to install without a problem! Will post more pictures once installed!
