I have installed it several times looking forward to seeing it on my walls.

We worked with Brian. He was very attentive but didn't push us when we told him we needed extra time. The GenStone looks really great on our deck! Two pieces arrived broken but we were still able to use them. It was easy to work with. One thing - we tested a scrap piece with a weed eater and you definitely don't want to weed eat against it. It will get damaged if you aren't careful with it. We ended up with a little extra material and are returning the unused pieces, which seems so far to be an easy process. Thanks Brian and GenStone

"I had to replace some very poorly installed and deteriorated EFIS. After removing the bottom 30 inches of the exterior wall, I clad the studs with concrete backer board, flashed and sealed it and installed gemstone."

Second purchase of a multi-phase indoor/outdoor project. Great transaction. Very attentive and responsive to my inquiries and questions. Product arrived quickly. Had one box of damaged product and they were amazing at getting a replacement out right away. Project turned out amazing. On to more outside next summer!

Perfect length to wrap around my corner. Only needed one panel to cover both sides. After measuring and cutting it was a breeze to install.

Ellie is the best person I've talked with as a representative from a company in years. She was informative and knew what she was talking about. She answered my questions accurately and politely. She kept in touch until I got the product samples I had ordered. She did not high pressure me to buy something. She estimated the amount of stone panels I would need and gave me a good total cost. When I called back to place my order, I asked to speak with her again. I actually got her.

Turned out beautifully. Product is easy to work with after a slight learning curve as the walls on our 1942 home are definitely not flat nor square. We get tons of compliments. The photo with the red brick is the “before”. Customer support was very helpful.

Josh was fantastic in helping me with the delivery process and any questions we had. The panels really look like natural stone and it was worth the investment.
