Exceptional Service

This product is very eye catching! It is nice to have such a lovely product that has the look I was going for, easy installation and affordable!

I recently renovated my screened-in porch and wanted to add something extra to make it stand out. A few searches later, I found GenStone's stacked stone panels, and was sold! It was incredibly easy to install and I couldn't be happier with the result. Definitely will be using for future projects!

Ellie is the best person I've talked with as a representative from a company in years. She was informative and knew what she was talking about. She answered my questions accurately and politely. She kept in touch until I got the product samples I had ordered. She did not high pressure me to buy something. She estimated the amount of stone panels I would need and gave me a good total cost. When I called back to place my order, I asked to speak with her again. I actually got her.

The support I received made this project much easier than expected. The team was always available when I needed help. They provided helpful tips and guidance along the way. It really improved the overall experience.

This product looks great! It was our second installation. We added onto our home after fours years and the original product looks as good as the new product. It has saved on our heating costs as well as added soundproofing. We can't believe the transformation - Thank-you GenStone!

We have a small condo in Alaska. Needed a feature to give the space a focal point and personality. Looks great. Easy to apply. Everyone who sees it thinks it’s real stone.

We stuccoed our home a year ago and had some pop-outs added so we could add some stone. It took us a year to finally decide what product to use. We used the GenStone Northern Slate for our home and absolutely love it! We have had numerous neighbors stop and tell us that it looked beautiful. We couldn't be happier!

I wish I could do a video as we were very very pleased with the outcome of our GenStone project!!! It was so easy to work with! Unfortunately, however, we sold our house in June and moved to St. Louis MO. The fireplace was a huge selling point to the new owners!Never know, we may have a need for GenStone with our new house!

The Customer Service rep i linked up with online hooked me up with a local distributor. Pricey, but First rate Product. First rate Customer service."
