The product is easy to work with and my first experience was a purchase of columns thru a supplier who had little knowledge, so I ended up with wrong caps for columns and lost money since I tried to cut to fit the ones the supplier ordered and still wouldn’t work. The second experience I called direct , so I could ask questions and it was much better experience and Travis was very helpful, knowledgeable and he actually was spot on ordering right amount of materials as well, only wish I had this experience my first go round. Product looks natural and I get tons of compliments

"We used GenStone in our 3 season porch as a wainscoting. It was super easy to cut and install. We were worried about going around the electrical outlets but it was no problem. I chose to paint the exposed edges a dark gray and it looks great. So pleased with the outcome. Enlarge the photo to see the GenStone under the window."

I'm so glad I called with my question on color. Not only did I get great answers and support from Zach, I placed my order directly and feel I got the best service. I'm glad I didn't buy online from a local big box store.

Kevin at the Denver showroom was really helpful. We only needed three trim pieces to cover a gap in the flooring but he treated us like we had ordered 300. Thanks, Kevin!

Really liked the 12” corners and I would have ranked them great if you would have offered a 6” to complement the 12” thereby giving an offset without cutting and having to paint the raw edges.
