"Your product is so easy to cut and fit. We have received many compliments from people just passing by our home that we do not even know that said they would notice the improvements as the job progressed. And how it has changed the look of the house."

We loved working with this...also the precision of your materials was fantastic. I'm a 76-year-old lady, and as the saying goes, " did it myself." We LOVE the finished look...lots of compliments. I did cut the flagstones for the countertop...but we are Gen Stone fans for sure!

Really quick and detailed response. Resolved the issue!

Ordering was simple, I just measured the space and described what we wanted to do, the product arrived quickly, everything we needed was included, we downloaded the instructions off the website, it was easy to install and it looks great! I am probably going to use this product at least twice more in my home and have been recommending it to everyone I know.

Truly like the product and the support is first rate. Thanks.

I love this product. Made my entry look so much better. Easy and fast install

Kevin at the Denver showroom was really helpful. We only needed three trim pieces to cover a gap in the flooring but he treated us like we had ordered 300. Thanks, Kevin!

Great product and service!! Love the results!!

"We are absolutely thrilled with your stacked stone product... It was extremely easy once we got into it and figured out the best route to go. The amount of compliments, oohs and ahhs and where'd you get that are too many to count. Thank you so much for making our house into our dream home."

I read that support was great and was a decision factor as to why I went with Genstone directly. They were very pleasant and easy to work with. The support I received when questioning about broken panels during shipment was excellent. When instructed to send an email with pictures. I heard back in less then an hour from Genstone with replacements being shipped out. So far working with Genstone has been great and reassuring that there are still great companies and support out there.

Zach was great to work with. He took care of ordering additional pieces to finish my project. Parts were processed and shipped quickly.

"I had a contractor install this as it was included in a larger project but typically do my own work and I feel the installation on this product is straight forward and simple. The finished product looks great and am very happy with how it turned out. Biggest drawback is the price (seems expensive for foam) but again, the final product turned out great and I am very happy with the look."

Excellent service and assistance at time of purchase and great product. Super easy to work with and looks great!

Friendly and professional

"We applied the panels around 6 inch posts. We had to frame it out to fit 8 inches but was fairly simple with wood strips. Very happy with the way this turned out. Using real stone was not an option since the patio does not have footings and the weight would have been to much. This product was perfect and the customer service was excellent!!!”

"My wife and I installed this a couple a months ago to add a little "bling" to the front of a cabin. We are very happy with the outcome. This product provided the best appearance for the least amount of work of the products we looked at in my opinion. I actually give it 4.5 stars versus 4."

Ryan J WAS VERY HELPFUL TOLD ME WHAT I NEEDED TO DO TO COMPLETE MY PROJECT AND ASK THAT I SEND PICS OF MY PROJECT SO THAT HE COULD CALCULATE COAST AND IDEAS THAT WERE HELPFUL.

We finally got around to installing, and wanted to share these before and after photos of our house. The GenStone pillar wraps make such a beautiful difference, and our front entrance just looks so much more warm and welcoming now! Thank you!!
