I was disappointed to find some of my full panels arrived damaged. I immediately called Customer Support who gave me clear instructions as to how to apply for replacement panels. I followed the instructions given an in record time, received replacement panels for the damaged ones. Thanks so much for your awesome customer service!

This product looks great! It was our second installation. We added onto our home after fours years and the original product looks as good as the new product. It has saved on our heating costs as well as added soundproofing. We can't believe the transformation - Thank-you GenStone!

I have a unique project that GenStone panels work for. The staff and advice were excellent. My contractor liked the look and weight and potentially easy install.

I used the desert sunrise panels to tie my pool shed into the fencing. The panels are resilient and easy to work with - much easier than stone, and no one whom I haven't told has known that they aren't actually stone. I am really happy with the results - they have been very resistant to weather and still look fantastic after 2 years.
