I only called to find out when I could expect my order. That person found out & let me know quickly. My installer may have spoken to someone although he hasn't started yet

"After looking into cultured stone and other lightweight stone manufactures, I decided to go with GenStone… It took two days to complete the project… but the end result looked even better than I was expecting. Cutting the material is incredibly easy. All you need is a hand saw and maybe a keyhole saw for certain smaller cuts. No power tools required."
