This was a very big leap for me to trust a company that I have no experience in doing business with or that is not local. What I look for in a company before doing business with is, when I call is it a bunch of recordings or does an actual person pick up on the 1st call, do I get the same person on the phone if I call back, is the person personable or robotic sounding & do they appear to have knowledge in the product or reading from a computer manual. These all checked off! Because I am not knowledge on this project that I am about to take on, I called direct & spoke with Ryan. I emailed a pic of my area & gave him amateur measurements. He did the rest from there & has kept in constant communications with me. Seems they do not deal with a call center & if they do, they got it together. Ryan & I have communicated back & forth several times via phone & email with immediate responses from him each time. He has been a pleasure to work with. I am told that I should receive my product within 1.5-2 weeks. Should be receiving this week, I’m nervous as poo about this project & so far so good I would highly recommend Gemstone. FYI, I am a tough negotiator & a very skeptical person when dealing with unfamiliar companies. Ryan has hung in there like a champ. To be continued!

The way they handle their customers is the way every business should.

So happy with the way it turned out. Have a few touch-ups to do like painting the gutter brown that is over the rock section.

The first time I talked to someone he dropped the ball and I had to get in touch with them again. This time my sales person, Luke, followed through and made my deal come together. So now I am waiting for the product to arrive. It was shipped within two days of my ordering it so it should be here early next week. Thanks Luke!
