Love, love, love! Our contractor was hesitant at first, but after seeing how quickly they were installed and the quality of the product, he said he’d use it again!!

From the beginning to end it was smooth sailing. The staff was quick to answer any questions I had even over the weekend when I did the project. I would highly recommend the product also.

This product looks and is great. Not only did I complete my fireplace/tv combo, but I also did my bar. Cameron was great to work with, and he is very knowledgeable using this product.

Two boxes with half of my order arrived. Called to determine if order was shipped in multiple boxes (not indicated on shipping doc). The weekend support rep took info and indicated someone would respond to my inquiry. On Monday Sarah emailed that another box was on the way.

The product was easy to use and install. It looks very real too.

The product is easy to work with and offer easy install for any DIYer but my concern is the durability. The outer coating could be thicker to prevent damage as it is only dense polyurethane foam product but over the product is good. Price for this kinda of product is a bit on the expensive side as i had a mason offer an estimate on actual faux stone at about 15% more expense for the actual stone veneer.
