The product is easy to work with and my first experience was a purchase of columns thru a supplier who had little knowledge, so I ended up with wrong caps for columns and lost money since I tried to cut to fit the ones the supplier ordered and still wouldn’t work. The second experience I called direct , so I could ask questions and it was much better experience and Travis was very helpful, knowledgeable and he actually was spot on ordering right amount of materials as well, only wish I had this experience my first go round. Product looks natural and I get tons of compliments
