I installed the panels on a concrete block foundation wall on a split-level home. The change in appearance is dramatic. It went from a plain painted surface to a beautiful stone-looking finish. I had to fit the panels around windows, a door, and gas and electric meters. With careful planning and some thought, everything worked out just fine.

When the product arrived, we went to work replacing the vinyl with the GenStone, and the result was beautiful. The product is easy to work with, lightweight, and yet adds R-value and insulation that we hope will save us money on our utility bills.

GenStone's customer service is absolutely amazing. I had a minor issue with my delivery and they were very responsive and resolved my issue quickly. My phone calls were returned immediately and they followed up with me on my status just as they said they would do with updates. Finding customer service of this quality if very unique. Order with confidence, and if you have issues Gen Stones will make it right in a very timely manner.

I managed to get it done and I am not even a regular DIY!. Took me all day, but still managed to put it together.

Customer service is excellent! Shipping was super fast... our order arrived in less than a week! Product looks great... better than expected! Joshua helped us to match it to the stone we already had on the house just by looking at pictures (see picture). We are super excited to install this! The videos and materials on the website are perfect and my husband will be able to install without a problem! Will post more pictures once installed!

We sent Kevin measurements and photos. He made an excellent suggestion regarding the inside corners and he communicated through whole process which was great.
