Just wanted to share my project with you. Very nice product, easy to work with. I still have to chalk the joints and touch up paint some spots. Here is before and after. Thanks.

We used GenStone around our new front door. It worked wonderfully and matched up well with our original siding. Our associate was polite and helpful. He wasn’t pushy or mean. Recommend the company and the products.

The staff has been excellent to work with. I had panels that were damaged in shipping they were replaced quickly.

Bought this for my TV/Fireplace wall and could not be happier. Looks realistic and was super easy to work with, found small grey panel screws that hide in the shadows perfectly. I had a lot of detail cutting to do which was time-consuming to measure out but the genstone cuts super easy with a basic hand saw or a table saw. Took me about 18 hours to install.

Very easy to work with

We stuccoed our home a year ago and had some pop-outs added so we could add some stone. It took us a year to finally decide what product to use. We used the GenStone Northern Slate for our home and absolutely love it! We have had numerous neighbors stop and tell us that it looked beautiful. We couldn't be happier!

website very informative, guys on the phone were very helpful and walked you through the process, helped me to figure out how much I needed, always answered calls right away, called back when I left a message. Easy process so far.

"It was time for an exterior remodel of our home, so I did some searching on the internet for an exterior rock that we could put on the front of our house. I didn't want the cost or weight of traditional rock, but I did want something that could stand up to inclement weather and the look and feel of real stone. That is when I discovered GenStone!"

We sent Kevin measurements and photos. He made an excellent suggestion regarding the inside corners and he communicated through whole process which was great.

As a sign designer and manufacturer, we have for years adapted our signs to fit and match historic architectural details, so making a connection with your products has resulted in adding another element to some of our designs.

This was a very big leap for me to trust a company that I have no experience in doing business with or that is not local. What I look for in a company before doing business with is, when I call is it a bunch of recordings or does an actual person pick up on the 1st call, do I get the same person on the phone if I call back, is the person personable or robotic sounding & do they appear to have knowledge in the product or reading from a computer manual. These all checked off! Because I am not knowledge on this project that I am about to take on, I called direct & spoke with Ryan. I emailed a pic of my area & gave him amateur measurements. He did the rest from there & has kept in constant communications with me. Seems they do not deal with a call center & if they do, they got it together. Ryan & I have communicated back & forth several times via phone & email with immediate responses from him each time. He has been a pleasure to work with. I am told that I should receive my product within 1.5-2 weeks. Should be receiving this week, I’m nervous as poo about this project & so far so good I would highly recommend Gemstone. FYI, I am a tough negotiator & a very skeptical person when dealing with unfamiliar companies. Ryan has hung in there like a champ. To be continued!

Using the Genstone product for a bathroom remodel in our liveaboard. Love the customer service, Amanda was extremely helpful and patient. She got me samples to review, never pushy and was always a phone call away. Truly 6 star service.
