Had the right amount of panels, corners and ledgers, actually had a box of ledgers and returns unopened. Transformed our 63-year-old home nicely!

I emailed support because I had not heard if our order had been shipped. Sarah was on it like a fat kid on a smarty (disclaimer: metaphor only, no fat kids were hurt in the writing of this review) and I had a tracking update in minutes showing me that my order had already travelled from west to east coast.

I purchased the Kenai ledgestone for skirting on a park model home. The installation was very easy and the finished product looks great.There is no mixing mortar or using a wet saw for cuts, all you need is a screw gun, table saw, and hand saw( a chop saw makes straight cuts easier)

I am very impressed with this product. A little more difficult to install over brick due to drilling pilot holes then the screw but it's so beautiful. My PM, Travis, was awesome to work with. I have a few boxes to return and that is an easy process as well. Highly recommend for a new face of your home.

My experience with Genstone was great. I would definitely recommend the company and the products!

This is the completed front of my house. The contractors (PJSelby Roofing) did an outstanding job installing the Genstone. We also added new porch lights and new railings. I'm very happy with it and I've gotten tons of compliments on it from my neighbors.

Support group got right back to me on my delivery order. Support group was excellent. Delivery group has been slow to deliver. Bought product over two weeks ago and never heard from the delivery company.

Ellie is the best person I've talked with as a representative from a company in years. She was informative and knew what she was talking about. She answered my questions accurately and politely. She kept in touch until I got the product samples I had ordered. She did not high pressure me to buy something. She estimated the amount of stone panels I would need and gave me a good total cost. When I called back to place my order, I asked to speak with her again. I actually got her.

customer service rep. was knowledgeable and after I explained the project made some smart suggestions that I hope will work out and look great. He also assured me that if it didn't work, he would send a shipping label so I may return the product.
