Finally after Covid and getting the install and materials it is installed and looks awesome. So far we are greatly impressed with the product. Thank you for all of your help in getting it to us! ... We finally have it done.

Katelyn was very helpful in placing and expediting my order. It was processed and shipped ahead of schedule and enabled me to complete my family’s front porch pillars while I was in state. The pillar installation from bare 4x4 to completed stone pillar was dramatic and completed within a day (except for caulking and color matching). The only critique I would have is for the company to review its examples of building out a basic post (4x4 or 6x6) into a ready to cover 8x8 pillar. The shims they mention to be added to the basic post do not add up to the correct finished dimensions.

"We used GenStone in our 3 season porch as a wainscoting. It was super easy to cut and install. We were worried about going around the electrical outlets but it was no problem. I am so glad that I contacted Gen-Stone with my questions. Had I not, I would have missed out on professional help with my order as well as an addition discount.
